Football

Oh how I love football season! The school spirit, the smell of fall, the good memories. A couple weekends ago was the Aggie's first home game against Weber. I was pretty pumped, especially when the HURD came running through our dorm and everywhere outside, gathering other members. There were SO many people.

{Roomies: Kaitlyn, Brooke, me, and Lindsie. Missing: Dakota and Sydnee}

It was an exciting game, and the best part? We creamed Weber, 54-17!

Afterward we went to Angie's to, "clean the sink," where you pretty much stuff yourself with ice cream. If you clean the sink yourself, however, it's free and you get a bumper sticker. Maybe I'll attempt it sometime... for now I'll stick to sharing with about 7 other people.

Go Aggies!!

I Played Tennis Today...

...and this is what I probably looked like.

It was still super fun though. I think I'm gonna take a tennis class in college, and then by next summer I'll be pro and won't look like this. ;)

Shoutout

 This is my friend Jane.
It's a total wonder how I did not know her before musical. She's basically one of the best people I've ever met. I don't think I'd survive musical without her and Grace. Anyway, this past Wednesday some of the musical kids went on a little field trip to UVU to see Noises Off. It was a hilarious play. Loved it. Half the fun was being with Jane though. And we had some pretty good chats on the bus. She makes me laugh like no one else can and we have a lot in common. We help each other out all the time (like me saving her guts by finding her things ;) and her saving me by letting me vent on her). She's super sweet and way fun. Love her.

And this is my friend Melissa.
We have been super close friends for a looooong time. Thursday was her last volleyball game (like ever (besides state). it's weird to be a senior) and I was able to go! I've never been to a game because I've always had to teach piano. When I found out I could go this time I was so excited! She played so well, despite her back problems, and the team won! I was so proud of her. She's one of those friends that you can tell anything to and she won't judge you or make fun of you. I love her for that. She's always there when you need a friend and we've had lots of fun times together. We're really opposite but alike at the same time. It works out well. I couldn't ask for a better friend.

Let's just say I'm grateful for good, happy friends who love me the way I am and lift me higher in every aspect of my life.

And this is my best friend.
I seriously have the best mom ever. No joke. These last few days have been extremely stressful putting together costumes for musical, and she's been there helping me every step of the way. She never complained when we had to go to the same store about 50 million times or when she had to sew all the pizazz on my dress (even though I could tell she was extremely tired and just wanted to snuggle up in bed). She stays an extra half hour after helping with a luncheon, just to watch me perform, and she listens to me talk forever and ever about musical things (and many other things that she would probably care less about hearing). I don't know how she has the patience for me, but I'm so grateful she does... I'm not exactly low maintenance. She is the most amazing person ever and I love her so much. I don't know what I'd do without her.
